Hi, I’m Rory, a Dublin based video editor, motion designer and content creator.

I’ve been making videos for the past seven years and working as an editor at Nomos Productions for the past five. In that time I’ve edited more videos than I can remember, everything from television series to commercials to branded online content, I’ve done it all (mostly)!

You can check out my showreel above and find a selection of my professional and personal work below. If you’d like to contact me you can send me an email here, or find me on Instagram. If you’d like to see more of my work I have an extended portfolio here and the rest of my site is chock full of top class, very stupid content. Thanks for stopping by!

A “Food-Reel” I edited for Nomos, the production company I’ve worked at since 2017. The featured footage is taken from projects for Marks & Spencers, Dunnes Stores, Tesco, Lidl, Irish Distillers, Bord Bia, Dairy Gold, Irish Yogurts and Folláin, as well as the RTÉ series Donal’s Family Kitchen, Off Duty Chef and Fired Up, many of which I’ve been a part of.

A showcase of personal projects that feature motion graphics. These were created using a combination of After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Blender and good old fashioned hours of YouTube tutorial videos.

For this personal project I created the 3D elements in Blender, the labelling in Illustrator, and the additional graphics and final composition in After Effects. If you experience any side effects, speak to your doctor or pharmacist.

I wrote and edited this piece sourcing (mostly) free stock footage and compiling it in Premiere and After Effects. Makes you think, right?

I’m also a great cook.
