The Road Not Taken 2k16

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both,
But in fairness I just bought these shoes last week,
And that “road” on the left looks like more of a rough trail,
At best.
Anyway I’m pretty sure this way is a shortcut,
So..

Daffodils 2k16

I wandered lonely as a cloud,
Stopped by the diner to see if any of the crew was about,
No luck,
Headed over towards the arcade to check there,
No luck,
Checked the park,
No luck,
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host of Golden Daffodils.
Not that I cared.
Obviously.
Headed home,
Shit day.
